The official Operations Manager for Circadian Realty, Mhegs turns seamless days into successful experiences, overseeing every detail behind the scenes to set the team’s agents up for success.
A longtime operations professional, Mhegs worked as the Manager of a famous fast-food chain for nearly 10 years before switching to real estate when the pandemic first hit. With Circadian, Mhegs gets the opportunity to apply her mastery of administrative management to a new industry that’s constantly challenging and inspiring her. In her new role, there’s never a dull moment — whether she’s preparing listings for market, procuring signatures for agreements, coordinating marketing campaigns, or analyzing data. No matter the task at hand, Mhegs rises to the occasion, matching her strategic organization skills with an underlying integrity that’s woven throughout her entire career to date.
Outside of work, you can typically find Mhegs catching up with her family or playing with her __ cats. She’s also a dedicated member of her Northern Virginia community, and never misses a chance to attend her local church service on Sundays!
